Targetted Frame: Create a code/script, that will overlay (target) any div by specifying the div's name/class.

In example lets assume there is a div on the page called <div class='targetframe'></div> and this div is 600x360.

1. The code/script should automatically cover the entire div.

2. The color of the code/script cover should be black by default, but transparency should be able to be configured.

3a. The code/script cover should have a timer on it and be able to be closed after X seconds. X should be able to be configured.

3b. After X seconds a Close Button button should appear, of which the text should be able to be configured.

4a. Ofcourse this cover serves a purpose, in example to display a message, iframe or image called through means of a HTML-code.

5b. This HTML-code should ofcourse be able to be configured. Any code entered, should display vertically and horizontally centered by default, not configurable.

5c. The close button should appear below or above the HTML-Code and should be vertically taken into account while centralizing vertically.

Example of configuration assuming something like JS will be used to create this code/script:
