Need someone to make a SPECIALIZED ecommerce site.
Keep in mind this is not simply taking a template and modifying it, as far as I'm concerned. You may know a way around it.
I award work on 5 conditions
1) I pay in agreed salary + tip for quality, once I see, test the website
2) You agree to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement)
3) My budget is within 30-250. If your portfolio/ previous work is impressive, I can raise to 350 AT maximum
4) You maintain constant communication and are receptive to my suggestions on the site design
5) You fulfill all requirements of the site as requested.
Here is a general worded outline:

The site must have the following features:
1)Standard User Creation and maintenance (login/ registraction, username password retrieval and activation, settings panel, etc.) I'll give you more specifics later on. But basically just collecting user data like residence and financial information.
2)An item' description page, allows customer to buy straight from that page.
3)A countdown timer that loops itself every 24hr.
4)A counter of how many people have bought that same item.
5)Ability for backend to proccess all requests to buy at the same time
6)Connect to buttons for mailing lists, facebook, twitter, other social media stuff.
7) Ability to print out a sheet listing certain customer's details
