Need one page so people can place orders for business cards.
The need to be able to upload up to two different images.
If there is an error, such as required field not filled out, it shows on same page and field with error is indicated.
When they hit submit it forwards them to a thank you page.
All info is emailed to several recipients that can be set in code. No database, just email to recipients in code.
Security...
Must be able to set in code what type of files can be uploaded and what folder it uploads to and have image email to recipient in code.
Code needs something like the following.
$max_allowed_file_size = 100; // size in KB
$allowed_extensions = array("jpg", "jpeg", "gif", "bmp", "png");
Form must filter out sql injection attacks and most spam
Must work look the same in IE6+, Firefox, Safari, Chrome
File must be emailed to me, no ftp access.
