This project calls for a simple form. It will be used by our field technicians for creating invoices on the fly. The layout and form we currently use are attached. This form will be served from a private part of our website. No login/logout needed. Single table MS access DB will be needed to record invoice info, if possible a reprint of a past record must be allowed.
