The template framework should meet the requirements for the latest SEO techniques.
High speed
CSS - All css should be fully marked-up.
Validation
The template should meet the standard requirements from W3C and should validate according to their standards
Module positions (exact breakup will be determined later)
General requirement: All module positions should be collapsible.
E.g. If #search is not used by a module , the position #search should collapse and #menu-top should use 100% width. HTML for #search should hence not be printed.
