We Would like a website a community website style. contains classified ad page ( I would like yo charge for some ads), upload picture page with voting/ polling, feature articles page( I would like to have a submit your article form option with edit capabilities), page for selling a few items, side bars to place ads. No flash wanted. I want to be able to update myself. I can add my pictures and text.
