We are looking to have a custom client management & billing system created.
the signup and client interface should be very simple.
Client Management & Billing Solution
-Client Signup (email / password)
-Client Interface (invoicing, settings, config view / downloads, guides/tutorials).. modular system to be added to later.
-Payment Gateway (paypal).. other payment gateways to be added at a alter date.
-Payment Terms (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Clients will sign up & upon sucessful payment for the service the system would generate a unique username & password for the account holder and with this generate a config file for the client to use.
The clients username & password would then be automatically added to a main config, & this config should be uploaded to our main servers config file via FTP every x hours. (we would input the servers ftp settings in the admin of the system.)
The system must also check the main config and update the config by removing or adding usernames / passwords that are no longer active or reactivated.
The system should always backup the original config before updating.
