Add a new item on update delete and send booking details menu. Add “Send event details to DJ”

"change Send event" details to Send booking details

Put selected djs name or contact details in contact input box

Send all the details except clients mobile, email address and deposit field and leave out the message at the top where it says “Thanks for booking through us”

When I have 100s of entries the data is going to take longer to load so I will need to retrieve the data in parts like in gmail. Notice the Loading conversations at the end of the screen.

Im going to add a new field in database that will allow me to upload a url so that when I can send booking info to dj they will be able to download a playlist. When showing full details of booking include a field like this

Playlist: [url removed, login to view]

If playlist field is empty have it like this

Playlist: No playlist given

Have a local database with all menu items like DJ Equipment, Karaoke Equipment or DJs names or occasions so that I can change them easily or have them in an external file like a txt file or a csv file.

Also store all my equipment in one file so I can ad new equipment at a later stage and categorise them.

on the main screen i want a button saying View Accounts

and on that menu i want to be able to select a Dj and view all the payment details something like a bank statement

on the view bookings menu change the header information to this layout

on view bookings where it says sort by date have a button saying view cancelled bookings

On both the equipment booking and dj booking have a check box under email saying Company. if its a company that is booking i can check the tick box and a new input box appear so that i can insert the company name. iv added a field in the database called companyName

if i dont find out in the mean time ill have to be shown how to compile app on my own pc.
