Wordpress Plugin Developer Required

I am looking for an Experienced Wordpress Plugin Developer - Full details of the project will be sent once a Non-Disclosure Agreement has been signed, details will be sent via the Private Message Board.

The following conditions apply for this project and must be observed - Private Message me, 'I agree to your project terms' to ensure you fully understand. Breaching any of the following conditions will lead to project termination and no payment.

- The resource must be able to do all the WP Plugin Development, Art work / Graphic Design

- Copyright must not be infringed, your code will need to be viewed by an independant Developer before project sign off

- Payment is in full on project sign off, there are no up front payments

- All legal rights i.e. Intulectual Properaty Rights to the Code / Design / Plugin will be signed over to me on Final Payment, you will have no future claim on the Plugin

- Communication needs to be daily with constant contact, via Skype and Email once the project has been awarded

- You must have previous feedback on WP Plugin Development to bid for this project

- When we agree a deadline for delivery stick to it, go over this deadline and the project will be terminated

Please Note - Contractors with no feedback should not bid on this project, your Bid will be ignored. If you don't send 'I agree to your project terms' to me, your bid will be ignored.
