Add some custom pages to my Wordpress Site - repost

I need to have some pages added to my site. They need to open in NEW WINDOWS as a popup when a user clicks on any of our services offered. Here you can see the services we offer:

Each of those needs to open into a new page like the one shown attached. You will need to recreate the look of the popup as best as you can. I do not have any of the images or graphics, so you will need to find and make your own to best match the ones I have attached. There are eight services, so there will need to be these 8 custom pages.
This needs to be completed now and is an urgent project. Completion time needs to be less than a few hours. I am looking for a freelancer who can complete this quickly and work on other, larger projects in the future.
