Need a Flash Photo Template

I need a flash template created in Flash MX or Flash 8.
PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHED ZIP FILE. IT CONTAINS IMAGES OF BEFORE AND DURING THE MOUSEOVER.
The template will be for displaying images. The images will be in two vertical columns. When the user mouses over the images, i want a higher resolution image to pop up to the left of the scroll box. The pop up image may not be the same as the images which was scrolled over. Also note, the pop up image will have to open in the same page, but will be placed on top of text which is in the web page which holds the images. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED FILES FOR A MORE CLEAR UNDERSTANDING.
What i need from you is the template which will show me how to do the mouse over with animation. The animation will be a smooth popping up of the larger image. I have flash installed so i will have the ability to add images and change image names as needed.
The template will need a button at the top for scrolling up and a button at the bottom for scrolling down through the images. I'd like for those buttons to activate when moused over without the need for clicking.
## Deliverables

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
