Fully Functional Operating Website

We need someone to design a complete website so its totally operational including designed logo's etc inc user profile creation & user image uploading etc.. We dont care if you start the site using a script or template the main thing is the site must be a fully operational, user freindly and admin fuctional..

The site needs to be exactly operational/functional including layout & features and designed based on this site...

We want this site to look a little different with Beveled glassy buttons in a metallic silver or green glassy look similar to the site <[url removed, login to view]>..

Please view this site carefully we want the exact shopping features and to be paypal/paymate ready...

The site will be located on an Australian server and has a 7-10 days urgent completion date from date of acceptance this 7-10 days includes escrowing period...

Finally we want the shopping cart functionality including a backend database for customer order data collection & order processing and we would like to intergrate a paypal/paymate payment system... Please let us know your thoughts or acceptance on the project...

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
