Web site build (finish and improve started job)

I have a website which I am planning to revamp and improve.

I need to change the design and add more content.

I have started the template but run out of time / inclination.... !

I need the template page finishing, should be 5-10 minute job for experts, then about 10 more pages based around same look. I will provide content. One page will be a form but I will provide that so you literaly just have to slot it in.

I will own copyright etc.

It must be done in html not in a program like Frontpage etc as I need to be able to edit in future using a basic editor.

1) Complete and fully-functional linked pages to the buyers satisfaction as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
