Need list of good proxies a daily

I need to gather large amounts of data from my website. I need a GOOD source of Proxies that work, at least 10 a day, in order to proxy through to this website.
This data gathering is done through a PC not a server.
The proxies must not be:
-On an open server/proxy list
-Part of the Codeen network
-Transparent
The proxies must be:
-Useable for at least one day
-Not the same ones every day
-Tested to make sure it proxies thru to an actual website - not just pinged for connectiviy
It is easy to find available proxies from the free lists, but they are no good. Most of them are from the Codeen network, which does not allow public connections.
The proxies must be http proxies. I have tried using ProxyHunter, but I'm not getting any proxies, maybe because I don't understand the settings.
You can write a script that finds the proxies (perl is preferable); Specify the settings for ProxyHunter; recommend another program that works; Refer me to a website that sells good proxy lists; or get me these proxies by any other method. I don't care where the information comes from or if I have to get it myself on a daily basis -- what I am paying for here is a solution to the problem so bid accordingly.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
