A client of ours is in the business of renting DVD's. The site allows any number of users to register with them, so long as they provide a unique email address. The site allows people to add any number of DVD's to their "booked" list. This booked list can be sorted by the user into any order they want at any time.
After providing the site with other necessary details, such as credit card details, contact phone number and postal address, Users will then start receiving DVD's from the top of their "booked" list first.
Users can only receive 3 DVD's at a time. The top 3 DVD's from the users list will be sent discreetly to the users postal address. Then, when the user is ready, they can send back 1, 2, or all 3 movies via a postage paid bag that is included with the DVD's. On receiving the returned movies, the site will send more out. They send out the next 1, 2, or 3 movies from the top of the users "booked" list depending on how many movies were sent back.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done, including all Flash Source files and and images.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
