Website modifications to run locally using PHP/MySQL/Apache

The following PHP project has to been done and work in a laptop, NOT web.
Will have installed MySQL 5 and Apache 2.2 on this machine (notebook)
I have already a simple "template" designed (it's very amateur but it's not a
problem) and need your help to do the following things in that website/presentation
that will run on a local machine.
1 A Contact form (.php) that when we press SEND, it will
a) store the message in a database table and
b) send the email with the fields (name, email, comments) to a specific email address
2 On a specific page will display lexicon letters (A, B, C, D, E, G....Z) and when
pressed a letter will display each record that starts with that pressed letter, sorted
alphabetically from a specific table in mysql
3 On a specific page will display a photogallery (.php). I don't know how can this be
done, have no idea. Thumbnails and when pressed will display this image bigger.
Maybe lets say that we have a folder named "/photogallery" with pics like [login to view URL]
[login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc...and [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc to help with the
coding. That's ok for me.
4 On a specific page will display in a table just the whole records of a specific database
table
5 Need a register form when the user enters user/pass/email to have a registration
and will insert that record to a database table
6 Need a login form that uses the already user/pass form the already registered
user just to login to the website. No edit/modify menu. Just login.
7 On a specific position (top right) will have a search textfield and button so when
we enter a word, will search ONLY a specific field in a single databasetable, and will
display the next field after that (lets say I search Germany, will display Berlin :)
ALL ABOVE should be done in Dreamweaver (not Joomla, just the .php files with
the ones I will provide) so you can deliver me when you
finish the whole files and store them in the \httdocs in the apache local folder
and of course the database that you send me and tell me how to restore it in
the local machine and mysql.
