I need two add ins for word and excel that essentially do the same thing: 1.) Both appear as a button on a toolbar and a drop down menu: 2.) The functionality of the plugin communicates with another process or .exe stub, that you code. 3.) Your plugin will message your stub .exe to retreive a list of members...you will show the members in a grid style in your plugin... 4.) Your plugin will then communicate the selected members back to the stub .exe....retreving some additional information. 5.) your final dialog will contain a list box and a send or cancel button. both need to communicate on click back to the .exe Part of this project will be gaining access to the current document or spreadsheet...in file form...meaning you copy the current spreadsheet or document...as this will be part of the communication process between your macro and the stub .exe. I will basically take what you code and incorporate my own logic...so you are only bidding for implementing the logic above, including the stub .exe. These plugins need to work with the latest versions of office, 2000 and up.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
