A component to read the WINDOWS ADDRESS BOOK (WAB) used by Outlook Express. Must not trigger any security warning dialog boxes.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All component must be compilable on the COMMAND LINE by using a batch file or make file.

4) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).

## Platform

Must work with outlook express 5 and up. Windows 98 or later OS.

Language: Delphi 6, or C/C++ (if choose C/C++, need more documentation, and need more discussion on the implementation).
