Hi there,
We have made in VC++ an OCX that enables a user with a webcam to capture, encode and upload jpegs, and wmv's. We have all the source code and its compiles and works pretty well.
What I have got is a basic HMTL page that uses the methods of the OCX to show what it can do. I now need this HTML page converted into a better front end.
We already have the HTML mock ups and another version of the front end for a different control that you can use.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
This must run on Windows 9x, w2k and XP. The broswer must be IE5 or higher.
## Deadline information
This must be completed by the 11th November 2002.
