Speech Internet Explorer

This is a project that develop the speech recognition, speech synthesis and voice control function in the website. User can use their voice to control the browser eg:Send email,open this link, forward,stopand etc... Users also can ask the browser to read the text/email for [url removed, login to view] this, users also can speak to the computer and ask the computer convert their vocie into text from and display into browser. Besides that,this application also can control some basic windows desktop command, like open word document... This system must recognize natural language.

Must be completed in 23-04-2002. The system must be speaker-independent.(One training is require, if other user want to use it,it does not require any [url removed, login to view] system can recognize different user vocie)
