PHP Zen Cart Module

I need someone to build a clone of this "Santa Letter Builder" in Zen Cart. Same functionality but maybe better builder. Module should have admin to add or remove templates. Once user adds text, add recipient information and checks out, its sent to admin as email notification with full details for processing. Please give me an estimate on how long it will take to complete this custom module in php. This is only 1 project of many I will need and speed is very important to me.
