Need a Web Design Team to redesign an exsisting site. Will require small amount of flash. PHP or ASP coding.

The site will be a "Profit Center Site" in the printing industry so we will need a "Build Your Own Product" module set into the site in a number of places for different products in the printing industry.

Basically, what we would need for the web site is for users to be able to preview and order off the web page with colors and letters such as when someone picks colors and letters for boat lettering, magnectic signs, banners.
This feature will be connected to a small shopping cart for the user to finalize the purchase online and the order to process on the web.
This bid will be awarded based on your submitted MOCK UP ONLY. We are looking for a Design Team that we can have confidence and trust in regarding the timing and completion of this project.
If you can fullfill the requirements of this project, please respond and we will provide a front page layout so that you can complete a mock up.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
