Opening for a top gun web page and web services developer to develop a web portal consisting of:
1) **Help request system (online help desk)** including management of requests
**Likely Syetem: Request Tracker**
2) **Document/data management** for storing, managing and searching documents and user entered data (e.g. contact details, statistics, request status and data). Documents/data might be gathered via RT system. Help tickets (requests) must be stored in this system.
**Likely System: RT FAQ Manager (RTFM) or Nuxeo DM (CMS)**
3) **Calender function** to send reminders for events for enabling coordination of activities between staff and users.
**Likely System Used: Google Calender (through Google API)**
4) **Web front-end interface** in addition to overview and "how-to", project status display.
**Likely System: HTML/CSS**

Project based in Melbourne, Australia. Melbourne workers, prefer face-to-face, outside Melbourne, telepresence such as Video Skype/and IM.
## Deliverables
The systems/approaches we plan to use, matching the above functions respectively, are:

The project will be run as an Agile project, and hence developers will frequently need to use telecommunting or face-to-face presence to collaborate on the project. Personal presence would be preferred for developers located in Melbourne, Australia (where the project will be run). For developers located outside of Melbourne, Skype or similar video chat would be preferred to interact with the client and project team.
The project team will consist of a 1-2 architects/project managers, and two client representatives. Regardless of presence/work style, developer must have client experience and experience in working in a team. This is essential, and any past experience that demonstrates this must be shown.
