We are looking for a off the shelf product a combination of software andd ahrdware that bbasically does the automatic phone dialing based on the list loaded into the database and then detects a live human voice once the dialer dials the phone numbers randomly
So the system should have the capability to detect either a human cvoice or an answeing amchine or disconnect numbers
Based on the telemarketers requiremet or the agent who is on the phone they should be connected to either a live voice only or else if they want to run a telemarketing cthe system alows them to leave a pre recorded voice message on the answering machine of the customer
once again the agent or the caller or the telesales person must have the flexiblity to choose whether they want to get connected to a live human customer voice or just the system should automatically detect answering machines and leave voice mail message
THese kind of system is used very frequewntly on a desktop machine where a single user can load a list online on a central webserver and then the dialer along with the software dials the numbers simulatnaeously 100s of numbers and then connects agents with live voices
We are looking for a single user desktop dialer than can do predictive phone dialing based on a preloaded list
THis should be a web enabled system where by all the caller or the agent should need a box that connects to a cable or internet dsl connection
and the dialing is done using the internet only threw VOIP technology
