I would like to implement for my nopCommerce Shopping Cart what I am have titled Remote Inventory Imports and Verifications which is a method to import both the Graphical Images (the small, medium and large), the Manufacturer's name, their SKU or Product Code, the Extended Product Descriptions and all the Price Related Information available from that site (Suggested Retail Price, Remote Sale Price, Discount Percentage) every 2-4 hours around the clock from a remote Shopping Cart where I am an affiliate and save it into my already running nopCommerce Cart. This will only apply to the Specially Discount Sale items (up to 80% off) at this site for all the possible price ranges: [url removed, login to view] Then when a visitor to my site clicks on the Product Image for one of these items, a background process must verify that this item is still in stock at the remote site and still appearing on the website at its originally imported Supplier's Sale Price. If that Product is not available in the Remote Cart or it is showing a "Sold Out" indicator my visitor must also be shown a "Sorry - Product is no longer in stock" message, otherwise my customer may continue to view the product and put it into his cart. Just before final checkout of all the items, one final check must be made to verify the remote inventory status. This project covers two Product Categories (Men's and Women's watches) but the successul bidder will have the option to duplicate the same bid amount at another auction for up to 9 more Product Categories from 9 more web sites if this first project is successful.

## Deliverables

This is just one example of a classic "Screen Scraping" application using AJAX in order to be able to synchronize the contents of a remote cart with a local cart for certain categories of products and then to validate that this synchronized state is still in effect before allowing the customer to proceed to final checkout to make a payment for the items in his shopping cart. If a product goes out of stock on the remote site, the inventory quantity must be reduced to zero on the local site as well, as soon as either the inter-day update process is run or whenever an attempt to place an out-of-stock product into a cart is made and then recognized by the real-time verification process. There must be a new data element added to the Admin System which has to be used whenever each Category of products is imported from a remote site. It will be called Retail Markup Percentage and it will be stored at the Product Sub-Category level like either Men's Watches or Women's Watches with one occurrence for each and every active Supplier of Watches. There could be up to 5 supplier's of watches, each with their unique markup percentages.
