A database of most major cities in the world combined with a database of time zones, including sample VB code that uses it. Time zone information should include GMT offset and daylight savings time information sufficient to satisfy the requirements of the sample code. The sample code should take a city name or country name and return the current time in all matching cities. The list of cities should include most big cities in the world and their country.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) as complete source code of all work done, including the database in CSV file format. 2.) Enough support to assist purchaser to install and test the source. To help me choose your bid, please explain how you will build the database. This is the most important and the most difficult part of the project. The code is a very minor, almost unecessary, part. The database should NOT contain ONLY capitals and some major cities. It should contain ALMOST ALL MAJOR CITIES. For example, China has only 1 time zone and 1 capital, but many major cities. The database should cotain many cities for China, as an example.
