Build a ASP based reporting module for a web based customer service solution. The reporting module will be based on our existing pages and have the same look and feel. The reporting module will have visually appealling and easy to understand pie and bar charts to describe the following information which is stored in a MSSQL database (this information is all in one table in the database and is easy to interpret. We will provide access to the database and sample forms that the developer can use as a starting point).
Users will be able to select what fields they want in the report, what order, and filter for specific information. Examples of reports are as follows:
total number of tickets open, on hold, finished, closed to date
total number of tickets open, on hold, finished, closed per day or week for a selected time period of time
number of closed tickets per technician
number of open tickets per technician
number of late tickets per technician
number of closed tickets per requester
number of open tickets per requester
number of late tickets per requester
Number of tickets for each task performed
Number of open tickets for each task performed
Number of closed tickets for each task performed
Number of late tickets for each task performed
Min, Max and Average completion time for each task type
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Pages will run on our server.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
