I am using Adobe Photoshop CS2 Version 9

I need an Adobe action command that will do the following,

1. It will create a template backing of 125 x 125 pixels.

2. Insert the image into the middle of that template of 125 x 125 pixels

3. The image inserted into the template must be resized and one of the sides needs to have the maximum pixel size of 125 horizontally or vertically.

Example if an Image (A) width is 400 x height is 322 pixels.

When constrain proportions rule is put in place the height can not be resized to 125 as it will make the width to 155 pixels in height.

So the image will resize the width to 125 pixels and this will proportion the height to 101 pixels, so it can fit within the 125 x 125 pixel template.

And the same rule would apply if the width is 322 x height is 400 pixels, but the reverse rule would take place.

4. The image resized would be constrained proportion and optimised using save for web in photo shop to compression quality High and to image quality number 64.

5. It will the save the image with the tag “_125” after the image name.

Example: If image name is [url removed, login to view] it would be saved as Test_125.jpg.

6. It will then do a identical action exactly as above, but with a Template of 75 x 75 pixels. And the image would be saved with the tag _75 on the image name as shown with the example above.

I will be using the batch tool on Adobe Photoshop CS2 as I will have 1000's of images to batch with the action command above.

Please do include a step-by-step guide on how to do this also.

Thanks.
