Tweaking Google Ajax Search

I need some tweaking of a Google Ajax Search already implemented on my web site.

In addition to today's functionality, I need to add the following:

1. The Google Logo inside search box, not outside.

2. The "Søk"-button in custom red color.

3. The search has to return "No results" if there are no results.

4. The search results has to contain adsense ads.

5. I also like to remove the black line under the active tab, but otherwise leave the design and css as is.

Server access:

You have to be able to do this job on your test server, without ftp-access to my server, until the script is finished.

Payment:

There will be no escrow payment before the script is finished to be sent to me.

I will pay immediately with escrow when job is done. and release escrow when script is received.
