Alter some Images - Photoshop or related

Images Description:
Model wearing Tshirt/Jeans.
Tasks:
1. Replace face of the model with another given face. Match skin tone etc.
2. You have to make background White.
3. Add shadow if required.
4. Sharpen edges etc. to make it look natural, aesthetic and professional.
We have few images where only sharpening of edges is required.
This is used to show our Tshirt/Jean to our customers.
Photoshop should be able to handle it. It is very simple , may be 30 mins of expert job. Experts/Experienced in photoshop may only apply.
We are a small business and these images are self shot with a normal mobile phone and if the expense is high we will not go ahead.
So please quote time taken / cost to complete the project.
