Miva Merchant database script

We are looking for a custom CGI application to communicate with the Miva Merchant database. It should be in the form of a CGI script that can be called via HTTP, and there are only 2 functions required. The first function must return a list of the product SKUs that are in the Miva database. The second function will accept certain parameters and update specific product fields in the database.
The requests will come as simple HTTP or HTTPS form posts.
Detailed information can be provided when a provider is selected.
** Note: Please respond only if you have experience working with Miva Merchant. This should be a fairly simple development process if you are familiar with the Miva database setup and how to connect to the database.
