Point of Sale Software for Restaurant / Cafe

I need a Point of Sale software to be built on any platform and uses SQL for database. There is plenty of features to go through, I've listed a few below of what I want in the software.
I would like a quote one the following options,
1) If a company or individual already has an existing Cafe/Restaurant point of sale software, where some modifications can be made e.g. Software name etc.. can be made and I'am willing to buy the software with source code.
or
2) I already have purchased a complete POS software with source code built in .NET that uses Access for database. The POS software has 3 programs which are fully working. The server, client and PDA software. The software is fully functional but is not very user friendly and does not have proper reporting features, it can not complete a sale etc.. It basically needs to be programmed to be a fully functional Point of sale software for Cafe/Restaurant. If required I can send a link where a trial version can be downloaded to have an idea of software.
I need this project completed as soon as possible.
