Optimize Mysql functioning to avoid Azure server from crashing

We have a site in prestashop whose database engine is mysql and is hosted in Microsoft Azure:
- Linux
- 2 cores
- 8gb ram
- Tamaño Standard B2ms
Although in average we have less than 30% cpu consumption, we are experiencing several maximums during the day which stop the cpu. Usually it happens when we do querys in mysql or google datastudio which is linked to mysql.
I am seeking a skilled professional to optimize the functioning of my MySQL database on an Azure server. With a current database size of 10 to 50 GB, I am experiencing specific performance issues and errors that need to be addressed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in MySQL database management and optimization
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting performance issues and errors
- Familiarity with Azure server environment and its unique challenges
- Ability to work with full access to the database for the optimization process
- Prestashop knowledge
