Write an androind and iphone apps to interface with a media player back end

I want two mobile applications developed for Android and IOS. Each has the same functionality. App integrates with a custom backend. Java interfaces will be provided for this integration. This app is a front end to a music player/library server.
Please note following:
1. This document should not be taken as a software requirement spec. I will never be able to describe the software I want fully in a word document. There will be changes, additions, deletions as we progress. However overall functionality at high level will not change much.
2. Code must be maintained in git repositories. Each repository will add one of my repositories as remotes. Code will be pushed to my repository for code review before they are accepted.
3. Code must be written directly using native platform. (Java and android SDK for android and Objective C for IOS)
App has following screens/activities.
1. Home screen
2. Music library home screen
3. Category items screen
4. Track screen
5. Currently playing screen
6. Settings screen
