I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built.

The main ideea of the app is to have the following features:

- Friendly & modern interface

- Import & exportaudio files to phone storage & external storage

-Copy, cut and paste

-Fade in/out for mp3.

-Adjust volume for mp3.

-Preview the Ringtone file before saving it.

-View a scrollable waveform representation of the audio file with zoom levels.
