Need an electrum wallet for an altcoin

We require the following for a cryptocurrency wallet:

- Clone github respository for latest Electrum Wallet.

- Create a new version of the Electrum wallet for a newly forked coin that was recently forked from the bitcoin core blockchain. This is an alt-coin.

- Change the name of the Electrum wallet

- Keep the wallet open source and place the new wallet in the github repository.

- The engineer is to remain anonymous on github and the engineer will not take credit for new wallet software.

- Create standalone Executables for windows, OSX, Linux, and Android

Developer will be required to sign an NDA and provide copy of passport.
