We need to create an App-like game with only static 2d images and text with some effects on the text and the images. Similar to “Emperor and Beauties” in the below link:

Please read the following carefully before submitting your proposal.
The resources of the game are wood, stone, food, steel, silver, and gold.
The strength of a player comes from the points of influence which is the sum of the points science, politics, power, economics, and experience which will be defined by many parameters (No. of children, attaching other players, joining an alliance …etc)
The available data are as following:
1. UI. Wireframe designed on Adobe XD (with prototype links). (See Video 1)
2. UI. Design (including the main map.) with all the elements designed on Adobe XD (with prototype links). and adobe photoshop. (See Video 2)
3. All the characters and UI. Elements are available. (See Video 3)
4. The game rules and scenario are available in 2 languages (English and Arabic). (See Video 4)
The Requirements are as the following:
1. The game will be for Android (1st stage) and IOS (2nd stage)
2. The game will have payment integration for android (Google Pay)/iOS (Apple pay).
3. We will need Rewards ads (by Google) in the game.
4. We will need registration by E-mails, Facebook, Twitter, and google.
5. Profile for each player.
6. Chat room between all the players and private one between the alliance members.
7. We will need Admin Panel to control the following:
a. Create competitions between all the players in several elements (Power Points, Influence points, economy points…etc).
b. Give and deduct points and resources from a specific player.
c. Give resources to all players through system mail.
d. Ban players.
8. 3 months after launching the app for maintenance, bug fixing, and updates.
9. The developer chosen have to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting the game.
