Mobile App Redesign to Native React.Js (IOS & ANDROID)

Seeking mobile app developer to help redesign our mobile app. This is a time sensitive project for immediate hire. Looking for high quality work with fast turn around (we have a big student campaign launching in June and ideally need the new up by then).
We have a graphic designer that has already worked to build wireframes and mock-ups to help save time, so you will have a clear roadmap to work off of.
The goal of the redesign is to improve the user experience, make the app more social by enabling better user search, social sharing and interaction with each other on the app.
Some of the functionality is built already on our old app so if needed we can work off of this or scrap it and start fresh (as long as you can still meet our tight deadlines).
The old all was built using phone gap with angular.js as the main language.
We would like to switch to native react.js should time permit (must work on IOS and Android, we do not want to have to build two separate apps so phone gap or native react.js are good options since they work for both operating systems).
