Finish an iPhone and Android application

I hired a freelancer to do my app and unfortunately things didn't end up good.
He didn't finish the project and I need it to finish it. There is not a lot to fix but Im not a developer so I wouldn't try to finish it myself. The app is already running but I just can't launch it with those smalls bugs.
The app is a social app for Android, Iphone and I have a backend that controls everything.
There is a few glitches we found on the logical system that has to be fixed as well a small design change and add links on the "About page" on the app.
Also need help to launch the app on Google Play and App Store (I already have all the accounts)
