looking for an experienced ionic 2 developer to finish an app.

The Screens and UI are already designed and the app has already been started. The source code is in the attached zip file blow.

This app will be used by actors, etc. for auditions that aren't in person, but instead over video. Must be able to implement video chat features.

Project includes 3 APIs that we will provide.
