Simple Android and Iphone application

Hi, I need a simple application for both Android and Iphone, nothing fancy so it should be easy.

The application should work as a browser loading a mobile website for admins and co-admins at a larger community.

The co-admins must be able to log on and sign off through the application, and when logged on the co-admin should be logged on to the mobile administration area as well. Also, the application must hide in the phone memory as long as the co-admin are logged on, doing a refresh every 10 minutes, calling a script at the server.

If the script returns a 0 at every refresh, nothing happens, but if the script returns a number between 1 and 99 a notification should be sent to the phone showing an icon with the number returned and a notification sound is played.

When clicking on the notification, the browser window should open showing the already loaded mobile administrator website.

If the co-admin is signing off, at the end of his shift, the application should close down and be cleared from the phone memory until signing in again.

The application must be in both Danish and English language switchable in the application. The Danish language translation I'll be doing myself.

And finally, if the script refreshing every 10 minutes returns the text MSG a special notification icon should appear on the phone. When clicking the icon the application window should open, showing an announcement page for all co-admins, in case of server restart or other internal messages.
