Switch responsive jQuery slider/carousel from Hero to Flexslider 2 (or another responsive slider)
$30-250 USD
Paid on delivery
We have a responsive web site that uses an image slider called Hero on the home page, however it doesn't work very well on certain device sizes. We would like to switch the site to use a different responsive slider.
Our site is built using a template ([url removed, login to view]) that already has some support for Flexslider 2 built-in, so that slider seems like the strongest choice. We messed with it for a few minutes, but didn't have much luck matching the look of our current slider.
We are hoping that you can help us to style Flexslider to make the buttons, caption headings, and captions line up correctly. We also want the slider images and captions to scale responsively to fit correctly on different display sizes. We expect the responsive portion to work very well. (Note: If you have experience with other responsive sliders [such as the ones listed at [url removed, login to view]] we are open to using one of them.)
We will supply a ZIP file with a minimal site skeleton. The latest version of [url removed, login to view] is installed already, as is a basic [url removed, login to view] that came with the theme.
We are looking for someone who is experienced with responsive design and shows attention to detail when working with CSS.
