I need fast response developer that can help me doing client apps in android, IOS, symbian, and blackberry for function

- backup data (phonebook, phonelog, email and sms) to server

- wipe phone using SMS

- lock and unlock phone using sms

- track position using SMS

I will give dashboard, server IP, database details and table details for doing this
