download/show pdf file using asp.net mvc with reading and comparing files from database to the physical file location

Hi All, I have some uploaded pdf files stored in the field of database tables in sql server as nvarchar(Max) Datatype, i want to download pdf files while clicking a link button from the table which i have already created in mvc view as mentioned in attachment. I want to compare the physical file location and database file path field together, if the file exists download else nothing. If anybody is interested please let me know. Its a very simple project.
