Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 custom reports

We need some minor changes to existing custom reports in Dynamics NAV 2013. I'm looking for a freelancer who has access to a developer's license to make these changes. I will provide detailed specs describing what needs to be changed, including marked-up PDFs of the reports, so there will be minimal back-and-forth.
As I don't want to publicly post the reports and specs, I'm asking you to reply with an hourly rate if you have the skills and acces to a dev license. You will be given the opportunity to review the project's specifics before you commit to the job.
