I have an online website, i need someone that can create a user interface for my pricing updating procedure to which i have to do every week (approx 10k products)
I have a 10K products store.
I get a list of price changes once per week in excel format (fields include sku [key field], description, department, price and 2 other fields)
The sku has leading zeros which must first be removed.
The new price list must be compared to the existing database for products whose prices have been changed, a pricing table must be updated.
If the product is not in the database it must be added. if the if there is a product in the original database that is not in the provided products pricing update list it must be disabled.
Once all of these things have been done, a upload file (of a particular format) will have to be created for upload.
The price must be updated using a simple formula before the file is created. For new products, a separate upload file must be created, input for category will have to be allowed.
A report showing the results of this process should be generated as well. This needs to be controlled from a very easy to use user-interface. in which information like number of products provided, number of products whose prices have changed, number of new products and number of products to be disabled are provided before creating the upload file.
