Autotrading strategy (Expert Advisor) for Ninjatrader platform

This will auto-trading strategy per my rule with money management and customizable setting for SMA, MACD and ADX/DMI? I don't know which setting will work. I need to tweak them.
Let me explain the screenshot....
*Buy/Long: when price is above 60 SMA High AND MACD (20 EMA red line -- default was 9 I think) above zero line AND DI+ on top
* Short/sell: when price is below 60 SMA Low AND MACD 20 EMA redline) below zero line AND DI- (yellow line) on top
* Stop loss for buy set to 1 tick below 60 SMA Low at entry; for sell 1 tick above 60 SMA High at entry
* Let say i buy/sell 3 at a time. For money management, I'd like it to be optional.
May be we can do the following:
TP1: 1/3 off at 1:1 R:R
TP2: 1/3 off at 2:1 R:R
TP3: let it run until price is above or below 60 SMA low or high depending on direction
* Exit: for buy the 3rd remaining share should exit when price come back down and hit 60 SMA low.
* for sell the 3rd remaining (or all remaining share) should exit when price come up to hit 60 SMA high
