A speed limiting device that includes so many engineering section like control engineering and as well as mechanical and automotive engineering.
So firstly
We have to build a local map that contains the speed limits of roads, Next we have to take a gps and connect the gps to server of speed limit the we created after that we have to locate the position of car via the gps and have to sense the speed limit of the road
After completing this task we have to control the speed of the car to that particular speed limit of the road.
We can make some changes as per your suggestion.
