I have a matlab code that calculates the HRV from a video. I want to change the algorithm of the used method to make it better in calculating heart rate variability with different set of datas from different videos.
While the project involves implementation of a mathematical model in SIMULINK or MATLAB, just
getting the model to work is NOT the final goal. The goal is to demonstrate that you understand the
model, can relate it to human physiology, can clearly articulate what question is being answered by the
model, understand the strengths and limitations of it as it relates to the relevant physiological process
being modeled, and interpret the model outputs using engineering judgment.

model in MATLAB/Simulink or another program,
simulate the model using different choices of
parameters and analyze the results of the
simulation. I would expect you to either compare
your results against results published in a paper, or
do a sensitivity analysis (i.e., vary some model

output). The results section should describe the
results of the simulation experiments that were
performed to validate and characterize the model.
Graphs and figures should be properly labeled and
captioned.
