Write letter/flyer for real estate investor

I'm looking for someone to write marketing letters/flyers to potential home sellers. The letters/flyers will be mailed to people who are entering into pre-foreclosure status with their lenders, and people who have recently lost a family member and need to sell their property ASAP. The letters/flyers need to be written with some sensitivity since these people are going through difficult times.
The letter/flyer should be short, no longer than 1 page in length. I want to make use of two of the six basic human needs discussed by Tony Robbins. (1. certainty/comfort. 2. significance) A quick google search will explain the six human needs better.
The letter/flyers will also say that I am willing to buy their house for cash and on their schedule. I will pay on a per letter/flyer basis.
